President Office and Public Relations
The duties of Presidential Office are to follow presidential orders, collects necessary
informations, prepares necessary reports arranges and coordinates formal visits and
meetings. The objectives and functions of this office are supervising the academic
performance determining the Lir iversity's administrative policies, leading cultural,
educational research and |

higher degrees framework, presenting annual reports to the
authorities, holding financial responsibilities, to implement the approved laws and
regulations, coordinating home and foreign educational and research, serves as a legal
representative of the University before legal authorities, supervise disciplinary actions
and affairs of the University members and students.
Budgetary and Organization Office
The
goals of this office is to prepare and adjust the University budget and its distributions
among different faculties,institutions,sections and units of the university and to
determine and propose priorities for the allocation of funds within the budget to the
University Council and Presidential Office.

Plans Bureau
The aims and functions of this office
are providing and preparing strategies,policies, short and long term planing and general
guideline for administrative activities and present its suggestions to the Board of
Administrations and the Council for approval. |

Self-Sacrificed Students Managment
This office directly acts under
President supervision and its aims and objectives are to help and protect the War Self -
Sacrificed Students and it is concerned about their affairs in particular, to provide them
with certain privileges such as make up courses, consultation and other related services. |
